Pixar... maybe they're funding it? Pixar is giving financial support to Brad Bird's live-action film. Maybe this is something along those lines?

Starts out with a little rabbit trapped inside a caged wanting to get to carrot lying nearby on a table, but he's too far to reach for it. Presto, the magician, enters the room, getting ready for his next stage performance with the help of his bunny sidekick, along with his two magic tools: two hats that are magical that he can reach his hand through one and appear out the end of the second. With the rabbit, starving, having the second hat, while Presto has the first hat, onstage before a live audience, hijinks ensue while the two try to compete over spontaneous measures of power and control as the bunny sits offstage with his own magical hat and Presto tries to grab him with his own magical hat.
It is very freaking hilarioiuos, I saw it when I saw Wall-E and I highly recommend it. Very funny and had me laughing...
