15 foot wall ........(Spoilers ....Of Course)

1. Did anyone see him fall off that 15 foot wall ..... were there witnesses. Was it daytime or during the blackness of night?
I can't find any in depth info. on it. Apparently his sister sat at his bedside at the hospital while he was unconscious before he died.

Surely there were witnesses otherwise someone would be calling foul play...


2. Now that he is dead - does that negate the 3.4 mill. settlement?
