Only one of the reasons I'm anti DP. Even if the guilt is obvious , even if they confess or are caught halfway through committing the crime I still think they should be locked away not killed . I know not many will agree with me and that's fine but the death penalty has not been shown to be a deterrent and it costs more to try a DP case , appeals etc .
Taking a life is wrong in any circumstance
