No CGI in them days - the actors in this film were *beep* troopers

I can't believe i hadn't watched this before, anyone looking forward to Burning Bright should definately make the effort to check this one out - its your basic seige type film with a pride of 'mad' lions attacking a family

Not much happens for the first 30 mins , and the acting is a bit ropey in places but being they are acting with actual real *beep* lions i can forgive them that.

There's a great A-Team moment toward the end of the film but my favourite scene has to be when a *beep* lion climbs down a *beep* chimney !

I really enjoyed this one, its pretty shoddily made but great fun.

Savage Harvest was pretty good back in the day.

How about the movie "Roar" also from 1981. Looks like the same type of premise. It stars Tippi Hedren and Melanie Griffith.
