English captions...
Does anybody else use the CC3 Closed Captionings to get the English subtitles? My spanish is not perfect, so I use this feature. For the past 2 weeks there have been no English captionings. Anybody else experiencing this?
shareHi, I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to learn spanish and have been successfully watching Fuego en la Sangre on Univision using CC1 and getting the Spanish subtitles. Starting at the beginning of December, I lost the capability to receive any close captioning on any shows on Univision. Ironically, I am able to get the english subtitles on all the english stations and am able to get the spanish subtitles for this program, "Sin Senos no hay paraiso." I am able to get spanish subtitles on both Telefuturo and Galavision but nothing on Univision. I called Cox Communication and they were no help at all. All they did was agree with me that it was weird that it was working one day and not the next. And that it works on the other spanish stations but not univision even though they are all owned by the same company! I'm baffled too.
