Take no notice of the Hawaiian false beliefs, i'm not being disrespectful, i'm just recommending to focus on the characters and storyline. This is surprisingly a decent flick, i thought it was going to be rubbish, but it's not that bad.

Apparently people complained about the "Whitewashing" the fact that the main characters were all Caucasian, and apparently Emma Stone agreed with the complaints and apparently regretted making this movie because of that. However, who knows if she really means that or whether she's just saying that to be PC.
