exquisite nod to the Noir films of the past.

I have 1 word. Squisito (exquisite). It's the only word to describe Angelina Jolie in this film, especially at The Ball. I love this movie: the flair, the elegance, the noir. I think that the dislike for this film might be because there are no car chases and no explosions. Movies used to be like this, back when people dressed up to fly in a plane or to go to a movie. I am not sure what actress alive today could have played her part and pulled it off (no one in my opinion). And the funny thing is: I am not a big fan of Depp, but he helped pull it off.
