They like killing, raising hell, etc, they should just round them up and send them to a war zone overseas somewhere. each time one gets popped, send 'em straight off to Iraq or Afghanistan. See how bad ass they are then

Actually, the Army has been letting known gang bangers into their ranks to fight over in Iraq and Afghanistan. You can find pics on the net of bangers in full military gear throwing up their gang signs while on patrol.... Great right?

shareIt backfires, you let gangmembers learn combat training and give them valuable experience with high end weaponry then they come back ten times as deadly as when they left. These same gangbangers are now coming back from the war zone full of experience skills in combat tactics and so on which they teach they homies in the hood. Now not only do you have criminals with weapons but deadly efficient ones.
