Do you ever watch some of these couples and by their interaction with each other wonder if they will still be married in 5 years? They had a newlywed couple on today who were both hairstylists and they were wanting an older row house with character but then complained that the bedrooms and closets were too small. They were both such divas.

Just the way some of them talk to each other with little respect or cutting, sarcastic remarks, you just know this is not a forever marriage.

Not just this show, but couples in general.

Why would you be with someone that you clearly don't respect?

My boyfriend and I never have anything but kind words for each other. Even if you're upset, you can use language like "I love you ... xyz upsets me..." Or whatever. Cutting each other down just damages the relationship every time you do it.
