I don't LOVE her or anything, but I must say I am growing a bit fond of her. I wish she would get a bit more comfortable and let loose like Sandra, but at the same time I love how professional she is. I'm watching the episode with an Atlanta couple and I love how she said "it's my job to protect you" when they were going wayyyy too high with their first offer for a house, and she really laid out why it was a bad idea, from a future appraisal ultimately forcing them to go lower anyway or them simply being ripped off. Sandra never had any moments like that as far as I've seen. I like how Egypt feels non-judgmental, though Sandra also had a way of nudging people towards deciding things themselves.
I just wish she'd loosen up! But I love her professionalism. Idk. I'm just growing fond of her. I like this show more than other house hunter type shows - aside from the locales in HHI - because it feels more organic and real so Egypt's professionalism is fine for me. I hope she'll develop more charisma as time moves on.
