What's the machine Owen sleeps with?

What's the contraption that Owen always has on his face while sleeping? Is it for oxygen or something? Maybe something to help him not snore.....?

He has sleep apnea, which means he stops breathing at nights. The contraption is to keep him breathing all night so he doesn't constantly wake up out of breath.
