How did Craig.... (spoilers)
get back in the cab of the truck, along with Liz, without Nina noticing them when she trapped him in the very back trailer, locked it, and starting driving down the highway? Since she was not in fact effected by the "madness/mind control" of the truck I don't see how the explanation of her imagining she locked them in would explain.
