The shack that Liz found?

Liz, the blonde girl, found a shack and it was long abandoned. In it there were lots of cans full of red fluid (blood?) that Liz drank and kept with her hidden from Nina

On the wall there were some diagrams that seemed to tell how the truck operated and on the floor there was a big pipe like the one under the truck that dripped blood.
Next to the pipe in the shack there was a little bag and when liz opened it there was a milked dry heart.

Don't know if or how that fits into the Greek mythology angle?

No clue if it was 70's mans shack or indeed if it was the home of whoever re-purposed the truck.

Also when Craig opened the back and Nina heard Liz crying was that a trick to try to get Nina inside or was Liz actually in pain?
