Could be a cult classic

I went into this thing thinking it would be awful based on the 5.5 rating and Franco saying that it sucked but half way though my buddies and I were laughing our asses off, fully into it. We all played MMO's when we were younger and got the point that it was a spoof of the fantasy genre; a la George R R Martin or even WoW. Once you take it for what it is it's really just a funny and ridiculous movie that, in my opinion, should be more of a 7.2 from people who get it.

Keep in mind that its target audience is 14-30 year old nerds with some spill over into young at heart 30-40s and maybe you can get into it too

It's a fun movie especially if you're in a silly mood but I agree it'll turn into a cult classic. It got panned by a lot of critics.

has a great cast and they didnt take it too seriously, unlike the critics. how people get paid for that job is beyond me. anyway, great movie
