To Buy The DVD Or Instant Video...

If you're considering purchasing your own copy of The Unusuals, I don't think it really matters whether you buy it on DVD or instant video such as through Amazon...

Sure you can probably find it in some lesser video store, such as where they buy/sell/trade titles, but you could also find yourself hunting around and the price could vary.

I just purchased a copy of the entire series through Amazon Instant Video, it's mine forever (or at least as long as Amazon lasts...) and so far as I know from what I've heard the only thing I'm really missing is a small interview reel that's on one of the two discs. If you don't mind missing the feelings of nostalgia as each or just selected actors (I honestly don't know) talk about what brought them to the show and their hopes for the show, then you're not going to be missing anything but going the instant video route. It only ran me twenty-bucks on Amazon Instant Video.

I will say this however, it might be my connection speed or it might be that I opted to go for the SD over the HD. But in the first few seconds, or you move forward or backwards, the picture shows artifacts until such time as the modem pulls all the data and then it evens out... That at least is something to think about...
