Iam just watching it on SCI FI channel right now.

A meteorologist spurred on by family tragedy bids to avert a disaster aboard a plane stuck in the eye of a hurricane.

Poor film! CGI & acting was terrible! The final coffin in Daryl Hannah's career coffin methinks! The backflashs to the family tragedy was a poor plot development IMHO. The film would probably have benefited without that.

They are all the same; divorced scientists no one will listen to, kids that take off without permission, people whom wear glasses don't need them for the rest of the film, etc. My wife likes disaster movies, I don't care for them.

yeah, flying through the eye of the hurricane to get more information on them, to better help people prepare for them..
