I feel Chef Falkner is a great chef and she always came across as a nice person. Since I haven't seen her anywhere else (eg. chopped) she is much more fresh in my mind compared to Alex or Amanda. I am so very sad to see her go.
I am also curious to see how far Zakarian's favoritism towards Alex will pull her in this competition.
She was my favorite. I agree with your statement about Zakarian's favoritism towards Alex. But, I am a fan of Alex's, so I guess I don't really mind.

I watched her make these on The Best Thing I Ever Made and let me tell you these cookies are perfection. You have to use good chocolate, not the Tollhouse chips, but they are worth it.

Indeed, I believe she also appeared on the first season of 'Just Desserts' and was the judge in the QF challenge where Seth had his now-infamous (first) meltdown.
