My boyfriend picked this up when he went shopping with his 6 year old, she got excited about it thinking it would be the Shrek spin-off.
The DVD case has that green chunky writing similar to what you'd find off of a Shrek film. It was £2 also, you'd think 'bargain' straight away. Got it home, switched it on - the Menu screen music was just awful, like a kazoo sound, only muffled and depressing, like someone had stuck a kazoo where the sun doesn't shine - the animation was awful, and the dub audio just didn't line up with the video at all. I refused to watch it, the little one seemed to like it but I suppose because it was all 'nice' noise and a talking cat. The things kids will sit through these days!

Don't make the same mistake by thinking it's the Shrek spin-off.
This is the movie that I'd assume would be playing repeatedly in hell.

This is the kind of video that grandmas get for their grandkids, thinking it's the popular version. Then the kids think their grandma is stupid and knows nothing, while she's on the phone telling her friends how much the kids enjoyed their present.

I see no resemblance on the cover to the Shrek videos other than the name Puss n Boots. Lettering is nothing like it.

Yes, it is a horrible cartoon.
