Almost all boys?

Has anyone noticed that in almost all cases the baby is a boy, I think I seen a girl 3 times, in two cases they were a half of a male/girl twinset and the third time was for England's oldest Mom.

I was curious about why this is, especially since I heard infant boys have higher mortality rates of more risk of complications, and TLC only seems to air the success stories, you'd think there would be stories of women giving birth to females that make the show.

I wonder if a male pregnancy is honestly less detectable, I personally have found found that women carrying boys seem to show less than girls. One of those rumors about how to tell if it's a boy or a girl if that no morning sickness means it's a boy. I never really believed it but maybe there's some truth to it.

What do you guys think or have I just missed all the episodes where someone gave birth to a girl.

Not true, i have known women who had morning sickness with their boys. And not with girls.
