2nd show: I still didn't know I was pregnant??

I can't believe there's now a 2nd show on showing several women in 1 episode who already had a surprise delivery of their baby and now they've had a 2nd baby they didn't know they'd carried to term. Notice these women claim they didn't know they were pregnant until the baby came! That's different from finding out so many months in-between. A lot of the responses mention that type of birth experience rather than this phenomenon. I notice with all the tech out now they never show pictures or video of the women when they were pregnant and didn't know it. That is strange considering the constant taking of pictures & video is the kind of world we live in now.
