Why are movies like this made so 'glamorous'?

I actually liked this movie, but from some people's post on this board, apparently it's stupid and nothing like what really happens, etc. So my question is if lifetime did another movie similar to this, would you watch it if they didn't 'glamorize' the whole stripper/go go girl profession?? I think they should make movies like this more realistic so people (women stripping and men going to strip clubs) will know what they are really getting into.
