Which should I watch? Slightly OT

I recently read the book and I loved it now I'm looking for an adaptation to watch. Which one would anybody recommend please?
I say it's OT because I know there are a few different film and tv adaptations and I don't want to put this question on all of them
Also my apologies if this has already been discussed

This version is my absolute favorite. I also saw the version with Ralph Fiennes and despite liking him as an actor did not enjoy that version.
