There is a running joke about a guy fantasizing about gouging out a girl's eye with his finger, but nothing graphic/gross is shown (well, girls are gross, not there's no gore).

That's not the joke. The joke is that one character doesn't understand that putting your finger into a hole on your other hand is a euphemism for sex. He thinks it's poking the girl in the eye.

Theres nothing gross in this film.

Pretty much everything in the strip club is disgusting. Still a hilarious film, though.

There's a part where a druggie girl gets thrown from a moving van and gets nailed by a stop sign cutting her neck wide open! It's pretty disgusting. I'm surprised no one brought that scene up yet! Lol
