I watched the entire movie and thought the whole time the guy with the glasses was Jon Heder until I saw the credits. Nothing in the movie tipped me off that it was someone else, lol.

Me too! He could totally play Jon Heder playing Napoleon Dynamite.

You're probably more used to seeing this guy without glasses, a huge beard and really long hair. He's the Apple Store employee that talks to Black Widow and Captain America in Winter Soldier.
