Naa, for me funniest lines were:

Best line in the whole movie. I was giggling consistently throughout the movie, but this was the one thing that gave me flat-out, gasping-for-air laughs.

Actually this whole movie had me laughing out loud. It was funnier than I expected. But when he said the cancer line I almost fell out of my chair and crapped my pants. That was perfect.
