THIS IS AN UWE BOLL FILM, SO IS IT GOOD?

Is it? Amongst all his other films, this one seems to be the most serious. So is it any good?

starts out slow....sort of like an ethno-flick....then it gets super graphic.

But if you cant take seeing babies impaled on poles and bodies being chopped to bits, dont watch it.

reply

Yes it is good.

it was really good part documentary for the first 30 or 40 minutes then extreme violence follows. driving the point home that this stuff was\is real and needs to be stopped

Rob Zombie is one of the greatest directors today

'Unsettling', more than 'good' - so it did half its job right... It's certainly better than people have come to expect from Boll, so that's some kind of recommendation.

I shall openly admit that I only watched Darfur due to Eddie being in it (my god, he is so hot in this that he made me enjoy parts for a whole different reason)
However, he's not in this for as long as I had hoped - maybe that's a good thing, because it's not the type of movie where you should be wishing you could strip someone naked and eat them, like I often wish to do to Furlong.

On a serious note, this movie made me cry. It was really horrifying yet touching.
Nothing sickens me or disgusts me as much now due to watching 'A serbian film' - which is absolutely disgusting.

Darfur is a good movie. It's worth the watch, just be warned that the Baby killing scene is horrible!!!!

Terrible .. the shaky cam style is overused and extremely nauseating ...
