Ok I just want to say that my 2 kids love this show as do I. The people who bash this show have way too much free time on thier hands to be picking apart a kids show. I think Sid is very silly and fun and speaks with a sarcastic tone. Which is real to the way children are. Our fav episode is the Earth Day one.. We have it on DVR.. We watch it once a day on DVR and all the time on tv. You want to talk about dumb shows... What about barney or thomas the train, boobah, teletubbies. Just to name a few.. I mean these shows are absolutely boring and I feel my IQ dropping points if I watched those horrible shows. But seriously to those who make fun of this show or pick it apart... GET A LIFE!! Kids Love it.. Who cares if you so called "grown ups" like it.. If your kids are happy and entertained then let it be...

THANK YOU!!!! I say the same thing! What difference does it make? It teaches kids how to ask questions about science and recording findings in journal and learning. Is that a frickin' problem?

HEY!!! I love this show, AND I love Barney!!! My daughter absolutely loves Barney too. It's not a stupid show. It teaches children classic songs that they wouldn't learn anywhere else. Hey, I've learned some songs from Barney, that I had never heard before. And the clean up song? That is just genius! I know that by the time my daughter is 5 or 6 she will be so tired of Barney, but at 2, she really enjoys it and that makes me happy.

Hey woah! You can bash any of those other kids' shows, because they do, indeed, suck! But you had better take that back about Thomas! I'm a 34-year-old father of 2, and I still love Thomas!

... and are using "Avatar" as their measuring stick of great'n'awesome. My nephew felt the same way about the first "Star Wars" ... in 1977. Now, not so much.
