Much Reality TV (with the exception of COPS which has always been real)is SCRIPTED and they're all ACTING. You didnt know that ? All the big hits like THE HILLS, THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK/ORANGE COUNTY, etc, are all fake. And OPERATION REPO is totally fake. Everyone is a non-Union actor without an agent or representation who was given a role by the production company, in this case made for a Spanish language TV network. (the Spanish reality shows are over-the-top and totally fake as well). They attempt to make it look real but only the reposession jobs of the main actors (Sonya, Froy, Matt, etc)are real. Every episode they film and the confrontations with the people during repos are fake, even the fighting. Whatever storyline they have, like the one you mentioned about Matt's ex and her boyfriend and the other stuff Matt does on camera is as showy and fake as a wrestling match.
Matt is 40 ish, single, he's divorced and has a Hispanic ex-wife with whom he had children. He has a lovely daughter. He's a hard working, modest and good peson with a flair for comedy and showiness but only for the fun of it. When he was younger he attempted to be a pro wrestler. He's a lot of fun and friendly. It's not fair for you to judge him and think of him as really being like his fake role in a fake reality show. He's nothing like that.

This guy is a complete TOOL. Every time he is on camera all he can talk about is how big and tough he is, or what he'll do to someone who steps to him. All this may be true judging by his steroid-jockey physique but bragging and boasting about yourself nonstop is very unflattering. This guy is nothing but a meathead who's totally in love with himself and thinks he is superior to everyone he comes across. As soon as I started watching this show this guy pissed me off. The other people on the show act like professionals but he just acts like he's in the ring at a wrestling match. I hope he comes across this thread and if he does end up reading this: You, sir, are a douchebag.

So, this show is scripted...Matt and everyone else are acting.. if you think he's a tool, than your saying the character he plays is a tool.. which may or may not have anything to do with how is in real life... when he's not acting in a tv show..either that, or his acting is so good, you think he's real?

I agree! If someone can't see that this is a fake show and these people are actors then they need help. Matt seems like a cool dude. I don't take him or the show seriously. But you can't tell the "experts" on imdb anything!! Lol!
