what the hell? the scene when victor maynard thinks hes in love with tony sexually, then mr weasley shows him his thang... what the hell? did tony fancy victor? or what. it didnt make any sense and was never mentioned again. also the age gap between victor and the other characters who had sexual feeling stowards eachother was sooooo awkward

just some slapstick comedy. nothing to read into. on the other hand he seemed to be someone living under a rock without parents as with the part where he says "is that a cow? they look bigger in person" (or something) he may have been just as confused about his own self.
shareTony just wanted to check if that was Maynard problem or not, he wants to help him since he has feelings for him himself. Once the gay hipothesis gets discarded I think it's pretty clear that they love each other more like father and son. I also think that Maynard is actually Tony's father (even if he wasn't he definitely ends up being one to him)

Tony's just a kid off the streets. I'm sure that he's done all kinds of stuff for a bit of cash, including a few homosexual things. So when Maynard brought up the subject Tony was willing to just bite the bullet, so to speak, and see if he needed to pay the piper.
