Playing Malfunction

I've rented two seperate copies of this Blu Ray and I can't get either to play. Anyone else having this issue? And if so, did you resolve it and how? The main menu for the film is on the screen, but when pressing play or trying to move the cursor to the play movie tab, it will not respond. It's not the system, it's the disc. Is there a frickin' secret to playing this? Please help!

I have the same issue on one of my Blu Ray players. I have 4 players in my house and the issue is only on one player. The only solution is to check your player has the latest firmware. If it does have the latest firmware, contact the manufacturer and see if there is a update scheduled to rectify the problem.
