'We're going to Australia in 5 minutes... (spoilers)

You should totally come'

Yeah that scenario is really believable.

2 17 year old girls who he spent some at a party with asks a 41 year old if he wants to come with them on vacay to Australia in 5 minutes (and it's not a joke) and he thinks that sounds like a good idea.

But then the whole idea that he had a teenage party in the first place in his brother's house is pretty bizarre by itself.

Not a terrible movie but that is what made me give it a 5 instead of a 6, sure we needed a scene to show that he had matured a bit in the end but come on there was a hundred good ways to show that and him in the last minute deciding not to follow on on that preposterous suggestion was not one of them.

I preferred the scene where Roger Greenberg is told by his younger brother and other family members that they are traveling to Vietnam, and he replies, "Why? To fight?"

The generation gap between middle aged Roger Greenberg and his younger brother and peers.
