I loved the 1st one and hated the 2nd one (A LOT), I had quite low expectation on this one since the 2nd one sucked hard but this one really was great.
Through a bit confusion over the characters (all those girls) but the plot was very well done.
I don't really see why the score is so low, I would give it at least a 7 for sure.
Anyone mind explaining the bad point to me?
I also did not think this one was that bad. I thought the plot was actually pretty good. They should have explained the fat guy's knowledge of Sam's ability to jump and his connection to the family.

shareI've just finished watching this one and I had low expectations as well because of the crappy second one but as the story progressed in this one I started to figure some of the things out. About halfish way through the movie I wondered if maybe the serial killer had the time-travel power, and to my amaze I was right and when it got to the end and the killer was walking towards him I just suddenly realised who it was and then the bag was taken off and to my amaze once again I was right!
I was a bit confused over some of the girls as well but if you sit down and actually think about it, it does all make sense (in the end).
I don't see why the score is low as well. I gave it an 8 because it is better than any other straight-to-DVD/Video movie I've ever seen.

I haven't seen the second one. I saw the first when I was 14 and loved it, but I saw "Revelations" tonight and found it to be SO PREDICTABLE. I mean, I suck at predicting movies, I'm not the kind of person who sees things coming from a mile away. But after about fifteen/twenty minutes of this movie I knew straight away who the "Pondiac killer" was, how they were doing it and what Sam was going to do to fix it (my only question was 'WHY is the killer doing what they're doing', which was answered at the end). IDK, I always feel cheated when I can predict a movie's 'twist' or ending or mystery. Like I said before, I'm usually no good at it, so I think "Hey, if *I* managed to figure this one out, it must be one stinking turd."
