Did anyone else see it coming... [SPOILERS]

I figured it out at the beginning of the movie that she was the one who killed all of Sam's girlfriends. Did anyone else get the sense that it was the sister throughout?

Also, while I'm here, Sam had to kill her. She didn't love Sam because she lost her parents, she loved him because she went crazy due to time jumping, and therefore felt that he would be the only one to understand her, that they were different and special together.

reply

She didn't love him because of the going crazy she loved him because he jumped back and saved her from the fire, and no i thought it was his friend, Goldburg that was killing them.

reply

Yeah but she loved him because of that BECAUSE she went crazy.

I mean sure, maybe she killed off the one girlfriend because as a sister she felt like Sam neglected her or something. She didn't want to be alone because of what happened to their parents, and if he was married to that girl, then she would've been all alone. We don't know what happened in the original timeline to make her do it. But I think there are plenty of reasons other than incest.

But she definitely had to do plenty of time travel to kill people/get rid of evidence/ so on. Especially after Sam would go back to stop the murders. She said at the end that she's told him the same thing countless times. It's certainly plausible that by the end of the movie, she is *beep* insane from time travel.

reply

Just assumed that her insanity was due to her having died......her new life would have been a system shock.

but because he saved her instead of the parents, made her more fond of him...

reply

good twist didnt' suspect her at all... and i don't think we knew she could time travel too... weird... didn't explain how she did it..

reply

I just finished it (I watched it because the girl that played Anita Baker went to my school), and I figured it out, like, before Goldberg was introduced as a character.
The longer the movie went on, the further it confirmed what I already knew.

reply

I figured it was her because she seems to be the only one unchanged every time he time travelled. Everyone else's situation or perspective of Sam seem to change but not here.
