When I first scene "Art of War" I didn't think it was that great. However I then seen many more action movies and realized that they didn't have much action at all and "Art of War" actually did have some pretty good action. Lots of shoot outs, and lots of blood. I like "Art of War" and I am looking forward to seeing it again. I hope that "Art of War 2" is just as good!
This review is based only on action, I barley payed attention to the plot, I will next time!

yep u got it spot on jack o neill, can't emphasise enough on how bad this film really is, i usually try to point out the positives from wesley's films but with this one i seriously can't, don't waste your money on it.....seriously....

Oh i saw ART OF WAR 2, Its a very excellent decent Direct to DVD movie & its a must see for the wesley snipes & art of war fans, believe me it so much better then the crap what we usually see in Direct to DVD movies !!!
