This Saw movie was easily the least successful of the 7 films yet it's one of the best 3 movies of the entire franchise in my opinion

Everyone went to see the new paranormal activity that year so people went to watch that.I think saw fans had low expectations for the film so went to see paranormal instead.
And i dont think this film was overrated all Saw fans know it was an improvement over V and IV!

I remember seeing both on different nights. No way was I going to miss this and it ended up being better than any Paranormal movie

Agreed! My third favorite behind Saw II and Saw V. Best ending! I did not think Hoffman would live. I was so shocked but loved how he survived!
