What the F' is that poster?

It is ridiculous, honestly. It gives completely wrong wibe about the film to the audiences. When I saw it for the first time I thought it was some kind of Step up to the streets / HipHop *beep* movie and just walked away, but then I saw the trailer and got interested.

The people marketing this film have no damn idea on how to make posters. If that is what they are going with this is going to flop. People who would be interested just walk past it, and people who get interested search for the trailer and are like: "Wow, this is not the teenage movie I thought this would be!"

It is way better, but for the best effect I would ditch the girls' faces from the poster completely. It is not like anyone knows who they are anyway so there really is no need to show them on it.

I think the DVD Cover look really bad, looked like Sleepover 2!

I agree. It was a bad move.

I totally agree, Pin-Zod. I notice that poor marketing is affecting more and more descent movies nowadays. The movie definately wasn't a teen thriller; it had much more depth than that.

THANK GOD.

This is the first post I've read on this entire board that noted this film actually had depth.

I'm curious, since I've heard there are alternate versions of this film. Maybe all the negative comments were from people who saw a radically different cut of this film.

Because I don't like "chick flicks" at all and yet was captivated by the depth and complexity of the characters and topics here. At times it felt like a Degrassi episode. And that's good.
