Highly predictable

So much of the plot was predictable.

Liza saying that girls brother hated her and she had to go into his closet. So obvious they would end up liking each other.

As soon as they introduced the game it was obvious the girl who died was dared by that girl.

Then it was embarrassingly obvious that she'd do something stupid and childish to try and come to terms with the fact that her dare killed someone.

So silly.

How was the second thing obvious? They were spinning so many flashbacks it was hard to tell what was the truth, at least in my opinion. Also, I didn't think he would like her. I thought it was going to be a minor part of the movie with her going into the closet, Eve's brother getting mad when he sees her and then throwing her out which would just trigger something else.

I guess we just see things differently. They first showed the flashback of her blowing the kiss in the beginning, before we met any of the other characters. I figured that was the real thing. When the other flashbacks started it was quite clear, to me at least, that those were fictional flashbacks that people who listened to rumors made up in their own heads. I was under the assumption from the beginning that the first one was real and when she blew the kiss it was as if she was "saying see ya after I do this dare whimps."

I thought it was super cliche that the girl going into the brothers closet and saying he hated her ended up as them liking each other. She said he hated her so the audience automatically assumes he does, but when he opens up the closet he barely even knows who she is, not hate.

I guess it is all a difference of opinions though.
