There are soooo many things wrong with this effin character! But.... If she was was suppose to be pathetic, gross, pretentious, wannabe badass who's only brave in a pact, then yes hey did her character complete justice.

Completely agree. I HATED Chapin.. she was so unlikeable and looked like a poser skater. I wished her dare was greater b/c they should've made her do something more humiliating than steal a Penthouse.

Um, there's more then one blonde haired girl in the film, I pretty much figured who your talking about obviously, but when it comes to characters for any film, you gotta be more specific than that.
