That's what I've been trying to figure out! I got excited when I searched for it cause of the working title. The characters don't appear to be from the franchise although it is possible it might not be an exact from the games. This movie doesn't appear to be from the franchise though, my basis of reasoning is the extreeme lack of info on the page, characters and it seems poorly produced, and I'm certain Rockstar wouldn't sell the rights to some college student or anything.

i think its just like how gta chinatown wars is exclusive to the ds that this will be exclusively for the movie but still in the same grand theft auto style
