shareDefinitely a case of what I call 'stunt casting' gone wrong. She didn't have to convey that many emotions (fear, shock, and remorse) and manages to be unconvincing at all of them. And yes the crying, snivelling was the worst. You can't help but hope the killer gets her.

I didn't know who she was in real life! Anyways, yeah, her character was suppose to be emotional....and she delivered. Just like the girl playing Jessica was a great bitch.

Ellie was my favorite character. I think Rumer is a good/media core actresses. I loved her also in 90210 playing Gia the lesbian. She had to play Ellie as the 'melodramatic' 'we're all going to die' character anyway. Ellie and Jessica were my favorites. Followed closely by Cassidy.

I don't know if this was a nod to the original, but in House on Sorority Row there is a girl who is overly emotional too. Not quite like Ellie, but different from the other girls.
