Love how dorky guy

Love how the little dorky guy pushes the chick that's screaming and says in his whiny crying voice, "Shut the F up". Because he isn't annoying at all. Some tough guy he is.

Then the idiot blames them because he took a tire iron to her chest. Regardless if he thought she was dead...who does that?

Did you even watch the movie? He thought she was dead, the smart girl mentioned that they had to get the air out of her lungs and then said they needed to find rocks to dismember the body with. It was their fault.

He was right to blame them. It was a heartless and stupid prank to play. The girls didn't have to play the cruel joke to begin with and they could have ended it before the lung comment and the dismemberment comments. It was completely their fault. He had no reason to believe she was anything other than a corpse.

The hot girls comment I can agree with. He definitely seemed like they were a bit out of his league.

But they weren't just covering for him. They were covering for themselves. Everyone of them would have gone to jail for that. Yes, he killed her, but he had absolutely every reason to believe she was already dead. He would have been charged likely with involuntary manslaughter and the girls would be charged with reckless homicide.

In general, "recklessly" means that a person acts recklessly with respect to circumstances surrounding the conduct or the result of the conduct when the person is aware of, but consciously disregards, a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the circumstances exist or the result will occur. The risk must be of such a nature and degree that its disregard constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that an ordinary person would exercise under all the circumstances as viewed from the accused person's standpoint.

Or criminally negligent manslaughter, but I think reckless homicide is more likely.

?? Right, so he thought he was "only" mutilating a corpse in order to conceal a homicide. Poor guy.

reply

At the instruction of the other girls there.

Don't assume I was defending him. However to claim that he was the only one at fault for the death is stupid. The girls orchestrated the entire thing and they needed to protect themselves as well.

It's funny how your attempt at being clever falls apart so quickly, isn't it?

reply

And if they'd "instructed" him to jump off a cliff?

I'm just saying that he's responsible - and accountable - for his own actions. Peer pressure isn't a defense.
