There's also a scene like that in the Danish movie "Mifune's Last Song" (1999).

It's also a total rip-off of reality. Stuff like that happens quite often with casual home invaders for some reason. They like to pee on your bed or take a crap on your floor. Along with eating your food, using your bath, cosmetics etc.
