Besides the bride named Amy who was marrying a man named Craig?
When the judges told the contestants about this challenge, I just knew that Amy would get selected a lot. I was suprised that she was only selected one time.
No one said "racist against Asians" yet. Maybe.
But she also comes off as desperate and odd. So maybe people are racist against weird people.

I was thinking that, but in reverse! Remember what one of the male contestants said when Amy was selected by Penn and Teller to do the magic trick that night? He said that Asaian women were preferred and that he wasn't surprised that she was picked.
I remember years ago when I visited my aunt in California and Connie Chung was a very popular local LA news anchor and my aunt said then that people prefer watching Asian women because they are "easy on the eyes" or something like that!
Because of that, I really thought she would be picked more often!
I was more surprised when that one couple picked the two guys as attendants and the other couple picked two girls!
I just think the other two women were more confident and outgoing, Amy seems very unsure of herself and very timid. In a game like this you have to stand out.
shareIt seemed like Amy spent more time talking about herself than trying to warm up to the couples. Taylor and Ericka, on the other hand, mentioned how happy they were for the couples, and wished them good luck. I think that's why people responded to them more positively.

Totally agree. Michelle did it at first, I think she said that she loved small weddings, and she was picked, so Erika caught on and took a more personal type. In the challenge you could just tell that Amy wasn't going to get picked for what she was saying.
shareHer attitude has me so surprised that she's the one that says "the scale of 1 to 10 isn't big enough for me". Seems likes she'd be the last person to even think it. Heck, I was begging to wonder why she was on the show even though I liked her. I was always surprised when she failed a challenge.

Yeah, that's one of those things that it seemed like the producers were trying to get out of her. She was competing for "The Face of Vegas", which is a position that would require obvious confidence bordering on arrogance and vanity, none of which she had.
