The original interest (the white buffalo) was about the same age early 20s. The chick who worked for Spin magazine was a little older probably 25. I don't think they would have made her more than mid 20s.

It was referenced that Cusack's gf that broke up with him was his HS gf, so I think they were 17-18, but the reporter was older, about 5 years older
