'Life's too short not to be 'Norwegian'' t-shirt.

LOL wow. I hope that doesn't get cut.

I saw it last nice in a free preview and it was in there :)

Why would it get cut? And more importantly, what the heck is it supposed to mean?

I happen to be Norwegian... never seen or heard that saying or phrase, neither in Norwegian or English. If it's supposed to mean fun-loving, crazy or outgoing (as one could perhaps assume from the character wearing it) it's either meant to be ironic or simply made by someone with virtually NO actual knowledge of Norwegians. :D

reply

Well, right NOW, it being cut doesn't make sense. However, when I first wrote this topic, the trailer came out right after the Anders Breivik Norway Shooting incident.

reply

OK, that makes sense. Still doesn't explain what the heck it's supposed to mean, or why he's wearing it.

reply

I agree. I have no idea what the deal is with the shirt.

reply

Unless I'm missing some obscure reference or the like, I'd say it's simply meant to be a good old fashioned dadaism. It just so happens I have a few items of clothing of similar style.

reply

I want that T-shirt!

I know how to get lost in lust, not because you should but because you must.

reply

What it's supposed to mean is the character has ethnic pride.

No different that the hundreds of t shirts and buttons you see people wearing extolling their particular nationality here in America because we're a nation of immigrants.
