The plot conflict doesn't count. The only reason for the film is that they can't fly at all.

And they did drive over a highway bridge with a train going under it. Yes, it's basically a similar story to PT&A, not as good, but still a good and fun movie.

On the mark. So much so that I just looked it up feeling certain it would be credited as a re-make. Shockingly, no official notes that say so, but that's what it is. Has it's amusing bits, but it's a pale imitation of the original and lacks the original's heart.
