Why the hate?

I came on here the other day to see what rating this got and saw it was really low, but i just hired it out tonight and i really enjoyed it!! maybe even shed a tear or 2 ..shh.. i dont get why people are complaining so much, i mean yeah it wasnt the brilliance of the original. and some of the acting was questionable lol but i thought it was a really good movie.!
The only part i didnt completely understand was how he got it to go back after putting the mask on, but im gonna have a read of these boards and see what everyones theory is.
