How come every role in this film is played by themselves, including Osama Bin Laden?

This film is most likely a documentary and them playing themselves means their parts come from quotes they made in video archive tapes. Bin Laden obviously would not be acting in a film but they probably show footage from his tapes.
share"Himself/Herself" on imdb means that person P is not acting any character but appears in docu or news footage, fresh or recycled. If Bono appeared in a movie acting the singer of U2, but stylizing him a bit then he would likely be listed as "Bono playing Bono" but if it's a clip from a tv show or a concert he'd appear as "himself".
