That film is rated 2.5, though noone has seen it...

That film is still in the making, no one has seen it as of today - 18th July 2008 - and yet it already has a rating of 2.5...
How strange!

That's because people who worked on it often rate it here before or others have a sneek preview. More likely though people who haven't seen it have rated it low on purpose so others won't want to see it.

Who's Noone?

Looks like an army of Republican is on a mission to give low ratings to this film - it's not released yet, hardly anyone has seen it! There are about 30 votes, and the crew that made it is about 5 people... Let's fight back, see it and give it a rating that reflects its value.

So far, the reviews I've seen range from "Quite Good" to "Amazing", via "Horrific" (but that's about the subject covered by the film, not the film itself...).

Oddest thing is that Karl Zero is never seeking to bash or glorify. He tries to stick to the facts with a sense of humor, and has already appeared several times on French TV claiming that George Bush is very sly and not stupid at all. So much for some Republicans' hasty judgement towards a french documentary about their president / idol...

He also made one about French president Nicolas Sarkozy entitled "Starko" - strangely yet unlisted on Imdb... Dug up tons of archives, humourous, and tries to remain fair throughout... I suppose we can expect a similar treatment for "Being W". :)

Maybe people gave the film such a bad rating before they see it because EVERYONE hates bush so much for all the bad and illegal things he has done!

I've just seen it! it's hilarious.
i recommend this film to anyone interested in politics. it is a bit like fahrenheit 911 with original footage that shows w in funny and serious moments (which are also kind of funny). i had to laugh hard but still it is not a satire, more a biopic which is really sad!
while seeking through the net i only found this movie in german and french (produced by arte) so i hope there will be an english version for most of you guys to enjoy!
