How can a movie be an 'unauthorized autobiography?'

The synopsis says that the movie is an "unauthorized autobiography."

I don't see how that's possible as an autobiography is written/produced by the subject him or herself. Therefore, it's impossible for an autobiography to be unauthorized, as the person whose authorization is required is the one who wrote or produced it in the first place.

I think the writer of the synopsis meant an unauthorized biography.
